




Job Summary: HR Payroll Intern to assist in monitoring and verifying electronic time records, calculating working hours, and managing medical certificates, ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Support in organizing and controlling HR documents **Responsibilities – HR Payroll Intern** * Assist in monitoring and verifying employees' electronic time records; * Perform time record adjustments (additions, corrections, and justifications) as instructed; * Support calculation of overtime, late arrivals, absences, and time banks; * Manage and organize medical certificates and absence declarations; * Monitor monthly timekeeping closing process with managers; * Provide support in sending timekeeping inconsistency reports to leadership; * Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in the timekeeping system; * Guide employees on correct work schedule registration and proper use of the system; * Support work shift and schedule control (where applicable); * Contribute to compliance with labor regulations related to working hours. Must be currently enrolled in a university program. Compensation: R$1.518,00 - R$5.561,59 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
