**Responsibilities and duties**
* Quantify inputs and services by reviewing executive project drawings and procedures, aiming to request them accordingly.
* Request materials and services via dedicated software, using correct inputs and descriptions aligned with technical standards and requirements, ensuring timely supply to the construction site.
* Verify service execution through FVSs (Service Verification Sheets), POs (Service Execution Procedures), and technical drawings, ensuring work complies with design specifications.
* Record contractor measurements via dedicated software to ensure supplier payments occur within contractually agreed timelines.
* Monitor work fronts against the target schedule to verify adherence to predefined goals, minimizing potential delays in service completion.
* Manage contracts (lump-sum and material supply) to maintain budgetary control.
* Calculate service execution costs by consulting company consumption indices and market prices, ensuring adherence to the budgeted price.
* Support the procurement department with technical and/or commercial information to secure optimal commercial/financial terms from suppliers.
* Plan monthly production targets jointly with the NAP (Production Support Unit).
* Implement production targets by appropriately sizing production teams, coordinating with the operational management team (Site Supervisor, Foremen, Interns, Storekeepers, Site Administrators, and Production Assistants), and ensuring efficient supply of materials/equipment—thereby guaranteeing cost, schedule, and quality in service execution.
* Collaborate with the Occupational Safety and Medicine team and the SAE (Contractor Support Service) to provide all necessary conditions for mitigating workplace accident risks and labor-related claims.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Completed Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
* Active CREA registration
* Minimum 2 years of experience in this role or related functions
* CLT employment contract
* On-site work in Bauru \- SP
