Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing building maintenance, conservation, repairs to finishes, masonry, and painting, operating machinery, and maintaining the workplace. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance and conservation of building facilities 2. Installation of flooring, tiles, and masonry 3. Painting repairs and workplace organization * Perform maintenance services on building facilities; * Maintain building facility finishes in excellent condition; * Install flooring and tiles; * Perform installation of door frames, plastering, skimming, masonry (floors, slabs, concrete), tiles, and roofing work when required; * Painting finishing, repairs, and cutouts; * Work on construction projects and renovations as needed; * Operate appropriate machinery and tools for service execution, keeping them in perfect working condition; * Keep the workplace clean, organized, and orderly, taking care of essential tools and materials required to complete tasks; * Collaborate with department supervision to assess and specify required materials and their respective quantities for procurement from the warehouse; * Keep the work area clean and organized; * Ensure workplace safety and proper use of PPE. Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level)
