If you are organized and detail-oriented, this may be the perfect opportunity for you as an Administrative Apprentice. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist the company team with common corporate routines; * Organize documents; * Answer phone calls; * Manage files; * Assist in preparing spreadsheets and many other activities inherent to daily department operations; * Record expenses; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Be between 18 and 22 years old; * Have completed or be currently pursuing high school education; * Excellent organizational and time management skills; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software tools; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work in a team and perform tasks under minimal supervision. **Additional Information** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 2:15 PM (one weekly course at our local partner institution); * Remuneration; * Meal allowance: BRL 221.00; * Dental plan; * Gympass; * Life insurance; * University tuition assistance; * Pharmacy discount program; * Transportation allowance; * Opportunity for career growth within the company and enhancement of administrative skills; * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Opportunity to work for a growing company offering learning and professional development opportunities.
