




Description: Opportunity Responsibilities * Plan, organize, and coordinate activities in the flexographic printing department. * Monitor and ensure compliance with the production schedule, guaranteeing equipment quality and efficiency. * Perform visual and technical quality control of prints (colors, registration, alignment, and density). * Supervise machine adjustments, setups, and job changes. * Ensure proper use of inks, solvents, and plastic substrates. * Coordinate and develop the team of operators and assistants, promoting training, safety, and engagement. * Monitor performance indicators (productivity, waste, rework, and downtime). * Support production planning (PCP) in scheduling orders and prioritizing demands. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations (NR12), quality standards, and environmental guidelines. * Propose and implement process improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency increases. Requirements * Degree in Graphic Processes, Plastics, Industrial Production, or related fields. * Solid experience in flexographic printing, preferably in the plastic packaging sector. * Knowledge of solvent-based inks, cylinders/anilox, viscosity adjustments, and color control. * Experience in supervising operational teams and production planning. * Proficiency in good manufacturing practices, 5S, and waste control. * Understanding of preventive maintenance and quick setup procedures. * Familiarity with Widmiller will be considered a plus. 2510290202531838445
