Job Summary: This position involves material handling, from receiving and shipping to organizing and transporting, ensuring inventory accuracy and operational safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate with production regarding delivery of raw materials for manufacturing, packaging materials for filling, finished product transportation, and return of packaging materials to the warehouse. Pick, deliver, receive, locate, and **perform virtual write\-offs** for consumables and supplies across all departments of the Areal Factory. Accurately complete documentation related to the warehouse department, as defined in internal procedures. Report inventory discrepancies, safety incidents and accidents, material damage, facility repair needs, and equipment repair needs to your immediate supervisor. Transport and store materials according to their nature and specifications outlined in procedures. Maintain organized storage areas, with each material stored in its designated location, to ensure maximum inventory accuracy. Use forklifts/mobile equipment/other equipment responsibly and safely to mitigate accidents. Always report any incidents or deviations that may endanger people and/or company assets. Perform daily forklift checklists to verify operational conditions, especially safety items. Daily verification must be recorded in a specific document, as per internal procedure. Conduct inventory inquiries and transfers in the Dynamics AX system, ensuring accuracy between physical stock and system records. Identify storable materials with identification labels, always in accordance with internal procedures. Perform picking, shipping, receiving, inspection, and material/product location activities for inputs and products used in Areal’s production or third\-party production.
