




Schedule: 6x1 (one day off per week and one Sunday off per month) Mandatory weekend availability (6x1 shift schedule) Flexible availability Main responsibilities: Meal production and replenishment of service line when necessary. Support on griddle, frying, and food assembly Responsible for leading the kitchen team, ensuring proper food preparation with quality, taste, and presentation. Coordinates operational activities, supervises staff, and contributes to smooth operation. Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate daily food production according to menu and demand; Supervise kitchen staff, assign tasks, and ensure productivity; Monitor ingredient usage, prevent waste, and maintain cost and quality standards; Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and good handling practices; Monitor incoming and outgoing goods, checking product quality and expiration dates; Guide kitchen staff, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment; Report to the responsible manager regarding production, performance, and team needs.
