Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and attentive Security Guard to ensure security and asset protection, operating in a preventive and resolution-oriented manner. Key Highlights: 1. Organized work environment and team support **We are looking for a Security Guard to join the Vigban team!** This role is essential to ensuring safety, asset protection, and operational peace of mind at the service stations we cover. We seek a committed, vigilant professional capable of operating preventively and resolving issues effectively on a daily basis. **Work Location:** Areal (BR 040 \- toll booth) **Shift Schedule:** 12x36 – day or night shift\* * Night shift allowance as per legislation (10 PM to 5 AM) **Salary:** R$ 1\.919,01 \+ 30% hazard pay **Benefits:** Meal Allowance \+ Transportation Allowance / Food Allowance (R$ 37.85 per working day) **Responsibilities:** The Security Guard will be responsible for safeguarding people and assets, controlling access for employees, visitors, and vehicles, conducting periodic patrols, monitoring movements, and identifying any potential risks. Must document incidents, report irregularities to supervision, strictly follow internal procedures, and, when necessary, respond to emergencies—such as initial fire response and safe use of equipment. **Requirements:** A valid **Security Guard certification with up-to-date ATA (Authorization to Operate)** is mandatory, along with prior experience in this role or in related fields such as security or military service. We seek someone with operational awareness, professional demeanor, appropriate communication skills, self-control, and ability to work collaboratively. Basic computer literacy, driver’s license category B, and personal vehicle are considered advantageous.
