




Job Summary: Assist the nurse in health assessment programs, first aid, nursing interventions, and organization of medical records. Key Highlights: 1. Support for health and accident prevention programs 2. Provision of first aid and guidance to employees 3. Organization and maintenance of medical records and leave documentation Assist the nurse in implementing health assessment programs for employees. Provide first aid and guidance to employees who have suffered work-related accidents or acute health conditions. Perform simple-complexity procedures such as vital signs monitoring and visual acuity testing. Organize and maintain up-to-date medical certificates for employees, assisting in absenteeism tracking: monitoring absences (medical certificates). Support the monitoring and management of pregnant employees and leaves related to occupational diseases and/or work-related conditions. Support health management (e.g., Diabetes, Hypertension, Weight Control, Gym Programs, etc). Prepare reports on topics related to the area, as requested. Maintain updated and organized files for the department in general. Collaborate with the nurse in: planning, scheduling, and guiding occupational nursing activities; developing and implementing occupational hygiene, safety, accident prevention, and occupational disease prevention programs. Minimum Education: Technical Course Desired Qualification: Nursing, Technical Course
