Job Summary: A logistics professional responsible for scheduling, customer service, and monitoring container transportation. Key Highlights: 1. Customer and shipping line support 2. Monitoring of container transportation operations 3. Active communication with drivers and logistics partners **Job Description:** Scheduling container deliveries and pickups at ICTSI / MULTI and SEPETIBA TECON ports; Serving shipping lines and archiving documents. Monitoring container transportation operations (imports and exports); Issuing service orders, managing schedules and documentation; Providing customer service (information, delivery status updates, issue resolution); Maintaining active contact with drivers, logistics partners, and customers; Using communication tools such as e\-mail, telephone, and corporate WhatsApp to update statuses and provide support **Requirements:** Experience in cargo transportation (containers); Experience working with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and cargo agents; Being organized, agile, responsible, flexible regarding working hours, verbally fluent, and proactive.
