Job Summary: Assist in the kitchen with pre-preparation, preparation of menu items, plating, sanitation, food sample collection, and customer service, aiming to ensure efficiency in the production process. Assist in the pre\-preparation and preparation of menu items under the guidance of your direct supervisor, contributing to one stage of the production process; assist in plating, sanitize and prepare leafy greens, collect and identify food samples, and receive meal vouchers. 1\. Breakfast preparation 2\. Salad preparation 3\. Customer service 4\. Food sample collection / Temperature log sheets 5\. Kitchen support 6\. Perform related tasks. 7\. Be responsible for health and safety, and apply standards, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System. 8 \- Support the team across all departments. Requirements: * Experience in industrial kitchens, * Reside in Itaipava or nearby areas, * Good interpersonal skills, * Team support orientation; * Proactive attitude.
