Our story began in 1997, in a small rotisserie shop in the Alto da Serra neighborhood of Petrópolis. Over time, the owner noticed demand for items such as chicken salad, toasted manioc flour, and mayonnaise, which became popular with customers, quickly leading us to open a small pay-by-weight buffet.
