Job Summary: A professional responsible for customer service and performing various hair and aesthetic services, contributing to customer satisfaction and self-esteem. Key Highlights: 1. Personalized customer service and service recommendations 2. Provision of hair coloring, cutting, blow-drying, and eyebrow design services 3. Free training with expense allowance **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve customers by conducting interviews to match services to their needs and preferences, identifying opportunities to recommend additional services; * Perform the hair coloring services offered by Beleza, enhancing hair appearance, boosting customer self-esteem, and ensuring satisfaction. * Perform hygiene, cutting, blow-drying, eyebrow design (with or without henna application), upper lip, chin, elaborate hairstyling, drying, and finishing using blow-dryers and/or diffusers, in accordance with Beleza techniques, to maintain service quality; * Recommend cuts from Beleza's portfolio, clarifying our differentiation compared to other beauty salons; * **Other Requirements:** **Employment Type: MEI Partner** High school diploma completed; Completion certificate for a professional training course in the field; Relevant work experience is preferred; Flexibility regarding working hours; **We Offer:** Commission based on services performed; Full infrastructure and materials required to perform activities; Free beauty services and discounts on our products; Comprehensive free training with expense allowance for related costs.
