Job Summary: Responsible for operating, setting up, and adjusting CNC machines to manufacture parts according to technical drawings, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace Brief Description: CNC Machining Machine Operator Responsible for operating, setting up, and making adjustments to CNC machining machines, manufacturing parts in accordance with technical drawings, specifications, and production orders, ensuring quality, productivity, safety, and workplace organization. Key Responsibilities: * Operate CNC machining machines; * Set up, calibrate, and adjust machines, tools, and fixtures for performing operations; * Interpret technical drawings and production orders; * Perform dimensional measurements and inspections on produced parts using measuring instruments; * Monitor the machining process and make necessary corrections; * Identify and report quality deviations or equipment malfunctions; * Maintain, clean, and organize machines, tools, and the workplace; * Comply with company-established safety, quality, and production procedures. Experience: Prior experience as a CNC Machining Machine Operator is required, including knowledge of CNC machine operation and calibration, technical drawing interpretation, and use of measuring instruments.
