




Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing and delivering operational, tactical, and strategic corporate training programs, creating supporting materials, and documenting processes. Key Highlights: 1. Support the development and delivery of corporate training programs 2. Develop supporting materials such as manuals and videos 3. Document existing processes and suggest improvements **Responsibilities:** \- Support the development of the corporate training plan; \- Develop and deliver operational, tactical, and strategic training programs—either remotely or in person, as required; \- Create supporting materials, such as manuals, handbooks, and videos; \- Configure and publish videos on the training platform; \- Provide Level 1 support and assist in documenting departmental processes within the Process Management unit; \- Document existing processes and propose improvements based on insights gathered from delivered training sessions. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. \- Proven experience in delivering corporate training programs; \- Organized individual with strong communication skills. \- Experience working in companies utilizing Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) is considered a plus. Availability to work 100% on-site in Magé.
