Job Summary: Store attendant for fashion retail, responsible for sales, customer service, cashier duties, and store organization, aiming to generate smiles through fashion. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities: * Serve customers by identifying their needs and guiding\-them with all necessary information about available products and their proper usage. * Stay well informed about the company's payment terms, offer the store credit card, provide accurate information to customers, and propose financial products and services. * Handle product returns/replenishment across departments and verify stock shortages in sales areas, requesting restocking to ensure availability of items and alignment with Visual Merchandising strategy. * Open and close the cash register, performing required verifications and operations to ensure quality customer service throughout business hours. * Receive payments via all available payment methods, offering financial products while adhering to the company's commercial policy to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of cash inflows. * Issue fiscal sales receipts via cash register operations to keep the store compliant with current regulations and legislation. * Provide courteous and efficient customer service.
