




**JOB SUMMARY:** Execute control actions of the area's subsystems, ensuring that Human Resources processes are organized and operational. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support recruitment processes by publishing vacancies, issuing summonses, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback. * Contact training companies, monitor the execution of training programs, and identify pending tasks to ensure deadlines are met. * Participate in employee well-being initiatives, supporting administrative activities and carrying out necessary tasks. * Prepare budgets for internal events and assist in their execution. * Structure, validate, and publish official communications. * Monitor data and keep area information updated in systems. * Respond to employee inquiries and clarify doubts. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in progress in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources Management. * One year of experience in Human Resources and/or Administration, with a focus on people management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, empathy, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.
