Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing installation and repair services for FTTH and FTTA residential networks, aiming at digital inclusion and service excellence. Key Highlights: 1. That’s why we seek talents like you—dreamers with ambition who want to make a difference! **Responsibilities and Duties** To build this team with us, the candidate will face the following challenges: * Performing installation and repair services for FTTH and FTTA residential network technologies; * Repairing/correcting service faults, including slow speed, Wi-Fi issues, no connectivity, intermittent connections, etc.; * Removing cables from canceled customers to free up capacity for new customers; * Assessing service feasibility when the commercial team is uncertain whether infrastructure exists in a given area; * Relocating equipment within the same residence (room-to-room relocation); * Relocating equipment to a new address upon customer request; * Performing upgrades—replacing or adding equipment when customers switch plans; * Participating in training sessions and meetings when invited; * Performing other duties consistent with the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** Professional Profile We Seek: * Completed high school education; * Valid Category B driver’s license (permanent); * Desirable: NR 10 (electrical safety) and NR 35 (work-at-height) certifications; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to travel; * Prior experience in telecommunications companies is desirable. **Additional Information** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Giga Inclusão – PCD dependent support * Total Pass * Birthday day off * Extended maternity leave (180 days) and paternity leave (20 days) * Psicologia Viva (available to those enrolled in Amil health plan) * E-learning platform on the intranet * Tour House: 5%–12% discounts on airfare purchases, hotel bookings, and car rentals * Movida: 10% discount applied to daily rental rates * Samsung Partnership Portal With the purpose of **connecting people, ideas, and businesses while promoting digital and social inclusion across Brazil**, Alloha Fibra is today the largest independent fiber optic group in the country.
