Then come join our team! **Responsibilities and duties** **As a Loss Prevention Supervisor, you will:** * **Store visits:** responsible for conducting on-site audits of routines and processes in a specific group of stores, making necessary corrections and adjustments to ensure control and reduction of losses and breakages in locations, according to predefined targets. * **Management of critical indicators:** responsible for monitoring, via dashboards and images, information related to store losses and breakages, identifying possible deviations and proactively acting to correct them. * **Fraud and deviation investigations:** responsible for investigating fraud, procedural breaches, and merchandise discrepancies in stores through the reporting channel, store visits, and analysis of indicator dashboards. * **Inventory follow-up:** responsible for monitoring store organization and preparation for inventory execution, analyzing results, and developing an action plan together with stores to improve these outcomes. * **Performance tracking:** responsible for holding weekly, biweekly, and/or monthly meetings to update and present results, discuss strategies, and train the loss prevention team and store associates on preventive procedures. * **Incident management:** responsible for identifying and implementing actions to mitigate and reduce incidents in specific locations, as well as providing necessary support to the store after an incident, ensuring proper execution of post-incident procedures and preventing recurrence. **Requirements and qualifications** **You must meet the following requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Office suite; * Analytical and strategic skills; * Strong communication and negotiation abilities; * Results-oriented profile; * Sense of urgency; * Availability for travel. **It will be an advantage if you have:** * Previous experience in Loss Prevention; * Experience with Looker or Power BI; * Knowledge of CCTV systems; * Experience with SAP. **Work location:** * Availability to work in Petrópolis/RJ. **Additional information** **Our benefits:** * We adhere to CLT employment regime and benefits, offering: * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Wellhub; * Life insurance; * Our salary proposal is aligned with our job classification and salary structure, your salary expectations, and technical evaluation; * We are a Citizen Company: 180 days of maternity leave and 20 days of paternity leave; * Discounts at our physical stores after probation period; * Meetups and events with extensive knowledge exchange and an internal platform with various courses and trainings; * Collaborative environment: perfect for teaching and learning a lot. **Who we are:** We are Americanas, one of the largest retailers in the country, with over 95 years of history.
