Job Summary: A condominium caretaker is responsible for overseeing, organizing, and maintaining the proper functioning of the building's common areas, acting as the syndic's right-hand person. Ensure compliance with internal regulations and safety standards ***Shift Schedule: 12 hours on / 36 hours off, from 07:00 to 19:00*** ***Salary: BRL 2,435.61 + Meal Allowance BRL 31.34 per working day*** ***Attendance Bonus: BRL 200.00 if no absences or medical certificates are submitted*** The condominium caretaker is responsible for overseeing, organizing, and maintaining the proper functioning of the building's common areas. Acting as the syndic's right-hand person, they supervise cleaning, monitor maintenance (e.g., elevators and pumps), receive deliveries, oversee service providers, and ensure compliance with internal regulations. **Main Responsibilities of the Caretaker:** * **Maintenance and Preservation:** Supervise common areas (garden, swimming pool, party hall) and perform minor technical repairs or coordinate specialized service providers. * **Team Management:** Assign tasks to cleaners and doormen, train new staff, and organize work schedules. * **Inspection and Security:** Ensure compliance with internal regulations and safety standards, and control access by visitors and service providers. * **Interaction with Condominium Residents:** Receive requests and complaints from residents and relay them to the syndic or management company. * **Administrative Support:** Receive mail and goods, and manage the building’s cleaning supplies inventory. **Requirements:** \*Prior experience in this role is preferred; \* Commitment, punctuality, and responsibility; \* Ability to work well in a team; \* Flexible availability.
