End-to-end management of the materials lifecycle and inventory A specialty coffee distributor in Piumhi is seeking a Supply Analyst. Coffee Mais is a company specialized in selling high-quality coffees and related accessories. We offer a unique experience for coffee lovers, featuring carefully selected products and personalized service. **Responsibilities:** Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices, delivery timelines, and terms. Prepare budgets, quotations, and execute purchases of materials, raw materials, and services. Administer contracts, monitoring clauses and deadlines. Plan and control inputs according to production requirements. Analyze consumption and restocking needs, considering seasonality and trends. Manage the warehouse and material movement, ensuring inventory accuracy. Track purchases, deliveries, and services. Map and implement improvements in the supply process. Evaluate and approve new suppliers. Prepare performance reports and monitor departmental KPIs. Ensure compliance of processes with company policies and regulations. Previous experience as a Procurement Analyst, Logistics Analyst, Inventory Analyst, or Supply Chain Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
