Ensures patient safety and comfort at every stage **Responsibilities** * Welcome patients before, during, and after consultations or procedures; * Respond to leads and patients via WhatsApp promptly and courteously; * Present clinic services, with emphasis on selling **consultations\/assessments**; * Serve as the direct point of contact for inquiries, support, and personalized guidance; * Address initial questions, explain differentiating features, and convey basic information; * Maintain updated CRM records with service interaction and appointment data; * Accompany patients across clinic stages, promoting safety and comfort; * Perform scheduling and administrative tasks; * Support management and specialists; * Ensure a welcoming, clear, and efficient first point of contact. **Requirements** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Professional demeanor, empathy, and attention to detail; * Ability to manage multiple tasks calmly and efficiently; * Prior experience in customer service, sales, or reception; * Availability to work varied shifts according to clinic schedule. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in clinics, hotels, aesthetic centers, or premium venues; * Knowledge of patient journey, loyalty programs, and luxury hospitality; * Course or certification in humanized care or customer experience.
