Here, your role will be: Manage the business unit (Store, Service Point or PAB) of sizes C, D, and E, ensuring actions are focused on seizing commercial opportunities, customer service, and infrastructure; Drive team performance and career development (through training and upskilling); Supervise and serve customers visiting the business unit, ensuring an excellent experience; Manage NPS and daily sales targets, implementing improvement actions when necessary; Ensure quality in accordance with bank standards and regulatory requirements; Visit the micro-region, foster new business opportunities, and acquire new customers; Engage and motivate the team.
