Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Responsible for monitoring, operating and maintaining electrical installations, circuits and equipment such as generators, UPS systems, hydraulic pumps, distribution panels, electrical controls, emergency lighting systems, static paralleling switches, transfer switches between generator and grid, power transformers and other equipment, both medium and low voltage, at designated locations * Responsible for performing periodic inspection rounds on equipment, taking consumption and performance measurements of equipment/installations, predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as technical supervision of third parties contracted to perform specialized maintenance services * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on machines and equipment according to activity schedules * Perform maintenance on conveyor belts * Execute building electrical services such as wiring, installation of outlet boxes and circuit breakers, lamp replacement, electric motor replacement and line filters * Periodically report maintenance reports via WEB **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical degree in electrical engineering * Previous experience in the role * Basic knowledge in automation **LOCATION:** Cabo de Santo Agostinho/PE *JLL has a diverse and inclusive culture.
