Description
The Junior Apprentice will assist in administrative area processes and workplace organization; attend to customers; contribute to document receipt, verification, and filing; assist in typing documents and reports; prepare spreadsheets and file controls, among other activities related to their field of work.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Assist in processes within their field of work by organizing documents according to received instructions, verifying defined standards, checking prior precedents or parameters, ensuring compliance with requirements for each activity; Assist in internal data collection efforts by gathering data and information as requested by their immediate supervisor, aiming to meet the demands of their area of work; Contribute to spreadsheet and report preparation by following instructions from their immediate supervisor, assisting in simulation development, performing calculations, and editing texts as needed for their area of work; Attend to customers by identifying their needs and directing them to the responsible department and/or personnel; Contribute to the receipt, verification, and filing of various documents, following instructions from their immediate supervisor; Maintain customer records, calendars, and other relevant notes to guide commercial visits and/or related activities; Comply with policies, procedures, and standards established by the specific Integrated Management System (SGI), using preventive equipment, observing regulatory norms and procedures, reporting deviations, and proposing corrections for unsafe acts—thereby contributing to the implementation and maintenance of normative, legal, and regulatory provisions governing SGI1\.1 SGI – Integrated Management System, encompassing Occupational Health and Quality of Life, Occupational Safety, Environment, and Social Responsibility FORM\-GRH\-107 PAGE 2 / 3 Participate in internal events / campaigns / training sessions related to the SGI; Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity, at the discretion of their supervisor.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Minimum Education: Completed or ongoing high school education, aged between 18 and 24 years, with basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and some experience in activities related to their field of work. Technical Competencies (Knowledge, specializations, qualifications, certifications, registrations, and licenses): Basic understanding of the company’s products and services. Behavioral Profile (Skills and attitudes): Organizational sense, initiative, proactivity, and interpersonal skills. Adaptability, communication, customer focus, goal achievement, and teamwork complete the profile. Prior Experience (Minimum time in role or related activities): No prior experience required in this role. Teams and Hierarchical Reporting: Reports to a Senior Professional or Supervisor within their field of work. Specific Conditions (e.g., non-standard working hours, adverse conditions, etc.): The incumbent works internally and occasionally moves around to gather information/documents required to perform their duties. Environmental Risks (Health and Safety Aspects): Details on environmental and ergonomic risks will be provided through the Risk Management Program (PGR) and the Ergonomic Analysis Report, specific to each workplace and business unit, such as: LAI – Identification of Aspects and Impacts, and LPD – Identification of Hazards and Damages. Training (Mandatory and Developmental): 1\. For members of the Emergency Brigade, mandatory courses include Fire Fighting and First Aid; 2\. For members of the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA), the mandatory course is “Basic CIPA Concepts”; 3\. For employees designated to perform or supervise confined space work, the mandatory course is “NR\-33”. Additional Notes: I. The position holder operates at an execution-oriented, operational level, assisting in tasks pertinent to their field of activity under continuous guidance and/or following established precedents, standards, and regulations. Work is frequently reviewed by more experienced professionals or the area’s management. A minimum of 1 (one) month of experience in this role—or in a career position within the company—is required. Proficiency in another language is not required for performing these duties. II. This description reflects the full maturity level expected of the position holder.
