**Position Description**
Responsible for ensuring the quality of electrical and electronic systems in Jeep vehicles, focusing on diagnostics, failure analysis, and continuous product improvement throughout development and production cycles.
The professional will investigate field and production-line issues, mitigate chronic failures, and ensure the robustness of electrical systems through collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct electrical failure analyses on vehicles (production and field)
* Investigate chronic issues and lead corrective action plans
* Interface with product engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers
* Validate electrical components and systems using technical tools (e.g., Teamcenter, CATIA)
* Monitor quality metrics and propose structural improvements
* Participate in design reviews focused on robustness and reliability
* Support testing, diagnostics, and validation on prototype and production vehicles
* Develop and deliver technical training to operational teams
* Ensure compliance with Jeep technical requirements and quality standards
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering (currently enrolled or completed)
* Experience in automotive quality, vehicle electrical systems, or product engineering
* Knowledge of automotive networks (CAN and LIN)
* Hands-on experience diagnosing electrical/electronic failures
* Experience in an automotive industrial environment (OEM or Tier 1 supplier)
* Familiarity with engineering tools (Teamcenter, CATIA, or similar)
* Strong technical analytical ability and capacity to solve complex problems
* Intermediate or advanced English proficiency; ability to communicate effectively in English is required
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with infotainment systems and electrical integration
* Prior field experience (dealership or technical support)
* Familiarity with vehicle wiring harnesses and electrical architecture
* Experience delivering technical training or team upskilling
* Knowledge of validation and homologation processes

Compensation: R$5,500.00 – R$8,500.00 per month
