Continuous development of our employees is a priority, as well as their well-being and job satisfaction. **Responsibilities and duties** * Provide in-person customer service. * Receive and assist customers in a courteous and friendly manner. * Issue service requests. * Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. * Efficiently and satisfactorily resolve customer issues and complaints. * Keep the service area clean and organized. * Work as a team with other attendants to ensure quality service. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently enrolled in high school or undergraduate programs in administrative fields or related areas; * Office suite skills; * Basic computer knowledge; * Portuguese language proficiency; * Good typing skills. **Additional information** * R$830 stipend; * Transportation voucher; * Availability to work from Monday\-Friday to Saturday. * Afternoon shift start time: 12:48 PM End time: 6:00 PM * Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM * Weekly hours: 30h **We Focus on Process Management** With 18 years in the market, Logos has extensive experience in In-Person Service and Call Center operations.
