Ensure food safety and inventory control Main Responsibilities * **Ingredient Preparation:** Wash, peel, cut, and portion food items. * **Cleaning and Organization:** Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment. * **Cooking Assistance:** Help chefs execute recipes, including boiling, baking, and grilling. * **Inventory Control:** Check and replenish supplies, and ensure proper food storage. * **Dish Plating:** Assist in finalizing and presenting meal boxes before service. * **Food Safety:** Follow hygiene and safety standards to prevent contamination.
