Our team works with purpose, consistently offering opportunities, support, and innovation in education. **About the Position:** The Tutor will be responsible for supporting students by facilitating the learning process, guiding activities, and fostering a welcoming and participatory environment throughout the semester. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support students in activities, projects, and modules * Monitor individual and collective performance * Assist in organizing study routines and deadlines * Clarify doubts and guide students on platforms and activities * Encourage engagement, autonomy, and participation **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering * Strong communication skills * Empathy and active listening * Organizational skills * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in student support, tutoring, or pedagogical assistance * Familiarity with educational platforms and technologies
