Minimize occupational risks and conduct risk analyses We are looking for an **Occupational Safety Technician** to join our team! We seek a highly qualified and committed Occupational Safety Technician to ensure employee health and safety and compliance with workplace safety regulations. This professional will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety practices and programs, as well as proactively minimizing occupational risks. **Key Responsibilities:** * Experience in occupational safety and daily safety routine monitoring; * Experience implementing programs such as PGR, CIPA, among others; * Active participation in internal and external safety audits. **Technical Knowledge:** * Solid knowledge of regulatory standards (NRs), with emphasis on NR\-6, NR\-10, NR\-12, NR\-35, and LOTO; * Ability to conduct occupational risk analyses and propose corrective and preventive measures; * Experience in accident investigation processes and identification of risk factors. **Skills and Competencies:** * Ability to deliver training to teams and employees; * Proficiency in preparing technical reports and safety-related documentation; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and problem-solving ability; * Teamwork capability, critical thinking, and attention to detail. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of lifting equipment; * Willingness to work on-site and travel. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety (mandatory). * Valid registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Valid driver's license. **Location:** Betim, Minas Gerais Compensation: R$3\.200,00 \- R$3\.900,00 per month Benefits: * Company mobile phone * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you agree to work on alternate Saturdays (work one Saturday, rest the next)?
