**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsibilities: Monitoring assistant (active telesales); Temporary position with possibility of permanent hire; Conduct quality monitoring, deliver targeted feedback, and consolidate monitoring data; Identify training/upskilling needs based on monitoring results; Plan, develop, and deliver training and refresher sessions to directly contribute to knowledge building within operations; Support operators by addressing questions and recommending best practices; Contribute to action plans related to individual operator performance metrics/results; Monitor sales campaigns; and other related duties. **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirements: Practical experience in monitoring; Education: Completed high school. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, from 11:50 AM to 8:30 PM. **BENEFITS:** Fixed salary + Performance bonuses + Transportation allowance (VT) + Meal/food voucher (VR/VA) R$ 20.00 per day.
