Occupational safety professional responsible for overseeing safety programs, inspecting sites, analyzing accidents, and conducting training to ensure employee safety.

**Detailed Description:**
Oversee safety programs and documentation such as PGR, PCMSO, PCA, LTCAT, and others, as well as control and scheduling of occupational medical examinations and return-to-work assessments, supporting implementation and control of required actions and documents;
Inspect company premises, facilities, and equipment, analyzing adopted methods and conditions,
identifying accident-prone activities, and proposing modifications, adaptations, and appropriate safety equipment;
Collect data on workplace accidents and their causes, performing analyses of accidents and incidents, promoting preventive measures, and monitoring implementation of adopted measures;
Conduct training for employees, clarifying safety regulations and working conditions, while maintaining up-to-date records of training sessions in compliance with legal requirements;
Onboard employees and third-party personnel, conveying site-specific information, distributing PPE,
issuing and collecting signatures on related documentation;
Procure, supply, manage, and supervise PPE according to employees’ functions and performed activities;
Organize the entire CIPA process, from registration and training to ongoing management oversight;
Organize the annual Internal Accident Prevention Week (SIPAT) event;
Issue, when necessary, the Work Accident Communication (CAT), following internal guidelines and current legislation;
Conduct chemical inventory, registering all technical data sheets (FISQP) for assessment of insalubrity and hazardousness;
Maintain area-related documentation and information updated in the system;
Support the immediate supervisor on matters inherent to the occupational safety domain, reporting and discussing problems and irregularities to assist in defining procedures and actions to be adopted;
Ensure quality, reliability, and confidentiality of information generated by tasks under responsibility;
Support indicator management, aiming to gather data serving as tools for improvement and managerial decision-making;
Guide new employees regarding area-specific responsibilities, accompanying\-them and facilitating their adaptation process;
Stay updated on technological advancements relevant to the occupational safety field, aiming for professional development and knowledge sharing;
Maintain a clean and organized workplace, equipment, and materials, ensuring optimal usage conditions and preserving occupational health and environmental aspects;
Perform other related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor.
