***Job Description:***
Responsible for washing, preparing, painting, and finishing machines, equipment, and components, ensuring service quality, visual standardization, and equipment preservation according to company-established standards.
***Main Responsibilities:***
* Wash and clean machines, equipment, and parts before the painting process;
* Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, cleaning, degreasing, and applying primer;
* Perform painting on machines, equipment, implements, components, and parts;
* Carry out minor bodywork repairs prior to painting, when necessary;
* Perform touch-ups and finishing to ensure final service quality;
* Prepare paints, catalysts, and other materials according to technical specifications;
* Operate spray guns, sanders, and other tools related to the activity;
* Maintain organization, cleanliness, and preservation of the paint booth, tools, and workplace;
* Comply with safety regulations and correctly use PPE;
* Support the workshop team in activities related to equipment refurbishment, recovery, and preparation, when necessary.
***Requirements:***
* Experience in automotive, industrial, or heavy equipment painting;
* Knowledge of surface preparation and application of PU, polyurethane, and industrial enamel paints;
* Familiarity with the use of spray guns and related equipment;
* Preferred experience with yellow-line equipment (Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, John Deere, etc.).
