Job Summary: As a Corporate Control Agent, you will be responsible for access control, visitor reception, internal and external stakeholder support, document verification, and telephone assistance. We are seeking a **Corporate Control Agent** to join our **SSMA team** in **Lagoa da Prata\-MG**! **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL WORKDAY:** * Manage plant access control; * Receive visitors; * Assist clients (internal and external stakeholders, service providers, and visitors); * Verify documentation upon product and material exit from the facility; * Handle telephone inquiries and access systems supporting the Physical Security department. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Availability to work rotating shifts under a 5x1 schedule; * Residence in Lagoa da Prata, Japaraíba, or Arcos. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process comprises three main stages (additional steps may apply, and you’ll be notified if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional required information. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion to further explain daily responsibilities and challenges.
