Support in cost control and scheduling ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Responsible for supporting the civil construction and maintenance team activities, ensuring service execution in accordance with technical standards, safety and quality regulations, and established deadlines, thereby ensuring smooth project progress and operational efficiency. **Responsibilities** * Plan, assign, and supervise daily activities of the civil works team (masonry, concrete, carpentry, painting, cladding, etc.). * Monitor service execution, ensuring compliance with design drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. * Control the use of materials, tools, and equipment to prevent waste and promote proper utilization. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and foster a safe working environment for the team. * Guide and train team members on execution techniques, quality standards, and safety practices. * Conduct physical progress measurements and documentation, reporting results to the responsible engineer. * Support cost control and adherence to project schedules. * Coordinate with other departments (engineering, maintenance, safety, procurement) to align requirements. * Identify and propose improvements to execution methods and work processes. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education; technical course in Building Construction or related fields is desirable. * Solid experience in industrial civil construction projects and field team leadership. ### **JOB BENEFITS** Benefits as per local collective bargaining agreement. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT #### **Dear candidate, by applying for this position, you acknowledge and agree that your application data and information will be shared with Talentbrand and made available to the hiring company.**
