As a **PE\&G Coordinator**, you will be **the strategic engine of the Squad**, driving sustainable growth, ensuring delivery predictability, fostering a performance culture, and developing the next leaders at V4 Company. ***Key responsibilities:*** * Audit processes, accounts, and implement quality controls, ensuring operational compliance and effectiveness; * Support the Manager in people management: recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding of investors; * Monitor the customer journey (Onboarding, Adoption, and Ongoing), ensuring smoothness, satisfaction, and retention; * Collect and analyze satisfaction feedback and metrics to drive customer success strategies; * Support and review clients' strategic planning, ensuring aligned and effective execution; * Conduct strategic 1:1 meetings with investors, adjusting frequency based on Health Score; * Ensure excellence in execution across areas: Design, Copywriting, CRM, Paid Traffic, and Social Media; * Monitor and contribute to the assessment of Performance, Engagement, and Management (PE\&G). ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields; * Postgraduate or specialization program (in progress or completed) in Business Management, Digital Marketing, or related areas; * Basic English (for navigating tools and materials); * Solid knowledge of: + Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); + Project and process management; + Strategic planning and market analysis; + Financial indicators (NRR, churn, margin); + Customer service fundamentals; + People management and conflict resolution; + Interpersonal communication and negotiation. ***What we offer:*** * Benefits will be informed by the recruiter. * Access to Staage courses. * Onhappy—corporate leisure travel benefit. * Dynamic and collaborative environment. * Professional growth opportunities. * Continuous development and constant learning. * Meritocratic management. * Partnership opportunity based on performance and cultural alignment with the business.
