Maintaining workplace organization and confidentiality **Job Description:** Responsible for customer service, controlling vehicle and personnel entry and exit, releasing and verifying rooms, and ensuring organization, security, and discretion in the workplace. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet customers courteously, efficiently, and with full discretion * Perform registration, check-in, and check-out in the system * Control vehicle, customer, and visitor entry and exit * Release rooms after cleaning and verification * Inspect suites after use (consumption, missing items, damages, or irregularities) * Record and enter consumption data into the system * Operate the cash register, process payments, and close the shift * Monitor access points (gate/entrance) to ensure site security * Answer telephone and intercom calls, noting requests and orders * Monitor customer length of stay * Inform the housekeeping team about room releases and priorities * Contact maintenance in case of suite issues * Complete occupancy, entry, exit, and incident reports * Maintain reception and workplace organization * Adhere to internal policies, security procedures, and confidentiality requirements **Requirements:** * Basic computer skills * Good communication, professional demeanor, and discretion * Attention to detail and sense of responsibility * Flexible availability (weekends and holidays) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in reception, hospitality, or motels * Experience handling cash registers * Familiarity with management systems **Salary and Benefits:** * Negotiable * Transportation allowance * Bonus * 12-HOUR SHIFT Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: Starting from R$1.904,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
