Interface with Customer Service, Logistics, and Returns Administration (R.A.) to expedite processes About the Position: You will be responsible for evaluating returns received via logistics carriers, carefully verifying product characteristics (color, texture, cartridge, bottle, and fragrance), and ensuring proper routing for each item. You will constantly interface with Customer Service, Logistics, and Returns Administration (R.A.) teams to ensure agile, accurate, and well-documented handling. Main Responsibilities: * Receive and evaluate product returns from logistics carriers. * Verify product characteristics: color, texture, cartridge, bottle, and fragrance. * Record and route returns to the appropriate process flow (rework, disposal, replenishment, etc., per internal policy). * Communicate clearly and objectively with Customer Service, Logistics, and Returns Administration (R.A.) departments for alignment and case resolution. **WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (TEMPORARY)** Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
