Job Summary: A professional responsible for customer service, service order management, spare parts inventory control, and emergency coordination, ensuring operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Multichannel customer service and service order management 2. Inventory control and emergency situation coordination 3. Category D driver's license required; currently enrolled in a higher education program Customer service (telephone/email/in-person); sending and verifying emails; creating preventive, corrective, and accident-related service orders; contacting customers and suppliers; scheduling services Closing service orders after completion; managing spare parts and materials inventory required for vehicle maintenance, ensuring sufficient stock levels and efficient procurement; assisting in controlling and coordinating emergency situations, such as accidents or mechanical failures, ensuring appropriate actions are taken by relevant teams; alerting supervisors/responsible parties upon identifying non-conformities; complying with Integrated Management System and Occupational Safety standards. **CATEGORY D DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED** **CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN HIGHER EDUCATION REQUIRED** Minimum Education Level: Technical Course Desired Education: Logistics, Higher Education Driver's License Categories: E, B, D
