Job Summary: Assist in the procurement process and contracting of maintenance services, managing service orders and monitoring maintenance schedules and execution. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance with purchasing and contracting maintenance services 2. Management of service orders and maintenance tracking 3. Inventory control of materials and issuance of invoices Responsibilities: * Assist in purchasing materials and contracting maintenance services; * Issue and manage service orders together with maintenance department staff; * Monitor preventive maintenance schedules; * Archive maintenance department documentation; * Monitor maintenance execution; * Monitor inventory of maintenance materials and enter invoices into the system, tracking their provisions.
