Load scheduling with transportation companies Plan production and billing schedules according to Purchase Orders (POs), monitor OPs in progress, assist with traceability of already-shipped orders, and schedule loads with transportation companies. **Responsibilities:** * Verify purchase orders as submitted by the sales department; * Enter purchase order numbers into Excel spreadsheets according to each production routing; * Confirm with pre-printing the completion deadline for artwork and clichés; * Define priority OPs for production scheduling; * Perform pre-scheduling for billing; * Execute billing scheduling; * Request re-billing for reworked products; * Trace an order throughout the production process; * Schedule loads and request vehicles from transportation companies; **Working Hours:** Administrative **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering.
