Job Summary: Sebrae Minas is seeking a professional with experience in entrepreneurial customer service to provide technical/administrative support, prepare reports, and organize data. Perform operational activities for technical or administrative support; 2\. Provide pre-organized information about the unit's products and services; 3\. Issue formatted reports of various types to support decision-making; 4\. Format and update materials for presenting data and information to different audiences, under guidance; 5\. Draft texts (letters, memoranda, reports, meeting minutes, e\-mails, etc.) with clarity, objectivity, and grammatical accuracy. AUTONOMY: Limited to supporting/implementing solutions. Follows general guidelines and works under general supervision. **Requirements and Qualifications** Minimum Education: Completed high school. Professional Experience: **Experience (minimum of 6 months) in:** Prospecting new customers; Solid experience in entrepreneurial customer service; Data collection and tabulation, with focus on continuous improvement of processes and projects; Organization of physical and/or virtual documents, report preparation, and operational process support.
