Consultative customer service and customized solutions for compounded medications. **Position: Pharmacist Manager** **Location:** Anagallis Pharmacy **Work Model:** On-site **Department:** Commercial / Sales * **30 hours per week**. **About the Position** Anagallis Pharmacy is seeking a **Pharmacist** with a dynamic, communicative, and results-driven profile to directly handle sales, customer relationships, and target achievement. This professional will be a key contributor to business expansion and customer retention. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide consultative customer service, identifying needs and offering customized solutions for compounded medications; * Directly manage **sales and targets**, monitoring performance indicators; * Develop and maintain relationships with customers and prescribers; * Prepare quotations and follow negotiations through to sale closure; * Implement customer retention and post-sale strategies; * Support commercial campaigns and promotional activities; * Ensure compliance with sanitary regulations and good pharmaceutical practices. **Requirements** * Completed degree in **Pharmacy**, with active CRF registration; * Sales experience, preferably in compounding pharmacies; * Commercial mindset, with focus on targets and results; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and negotiation ability; * Organizational skills and ability to work with performance indicators. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in consultative customer service; * Knowledge of magistral compounding; * Experience with CRM or commercial management tools. **We Offer** * Market-competitive salary; * Performance-based bonuses; * Opportunities for professional growth; * A welcoming and collaborative work environment. **Desired Behavioral Profile** * Results-oriented; * Proactive; * Excellent communication skills; * Team spirit; * Customer-focused.
