Collaboration across multiple departments to ensure visibility and adherence to guidelines. **Job Description** **This position requires on-site work in Contagem \- MG.** **Who will you work with?** You will collaborate closely with the Manufacturing team and departments including Logistics, Procurement, and Warehouse, while also interacting with suppliers and freight carriers. Day-to-day activities involve close coordination with colleagues responsible for material control, cost management, KPIs, and operations — always aligned with the company’s compliance, integrity, and EHS guidelines. **How will you make a difference?** You will make a difference by supporting efficient control of input costs, ensuring adherence to the department’s budget, and contributing to more accurate decision-making through analysis, development, and dissemination of KPIs. Your proactive engagement in quotations, requisitions, supplier follow-ups, and ERP controls will help optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance visibility into departmental information. **What do we want to know about you?** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields; Proficiency in Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, and data analysis; Interest in working within a manufacturing environment. **Desirable:** Familiarity with Power BI; Intermediate English proficiency. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Supporting activities related to **receiving, storage, and distribution of materials** for Manufacturing; * **Cost control** of inputs, consumables, and PPE; * Conducting **quotations, requisitions, and supplier follow-up;** * Executing **material transactions and adjustments in the ERP;** * Requesting **freight services** and managing **material transfers;** * Supporting **data analysis for the department;** * Ensuring compliance with **EHS, integrity, and compliance regulations.** **Benefits** At Wabtec, people come first.
