




**Production Leader** We are seeking two Production Leaders: one to lead the process and productivity on the Semi-solid line and another for the Compression line, overseeing the entire production flow until the finished product, ensuring the application of good manufacturing practices and product quality. The professionals will be responsible for verifying equipment operation, distributing team tasks, and monitoring work to ensure efficiency and quality. **Responsibilities and duties** * Be accountable for the quality, reliability, and performance of resources, services, and information generated by tasks, meeting deadlines for internal demands and legal obligations under their responsibility; * Obtain information from the previous shift worker and/or immediate supervisor regarding service progress and production scheduling for their shift, in order to begin their workday, as well as pass this same type of information to the next shift worker; * Ensure supply lines are stocked according to received production schedules; * Be responsible for feeding machines with previously selected raw materials to maintain a production pace according to the received schedule; * Separate materials for reuse, avoiding waste; * Monitor team performance, providing guidance when necessary to maintain work pace, quality, and productivity. * Provide instructions for equipment operation in the compression process and other area equipment, keeping them in perfect working condition; * Instruct the work team in their area about company regulations, work and safety procedures, and other aspects related to the job. * Identify causes of equipment malfunction and arrange necessary repairs as quickly as possible. * Complete documentation to maintain a production record for management monitoring and provide material for analysis and decision-making, including filling out the Production Order document. * Organize the work area, maintaining cleanliness and organization according to internal procedures and regulatory agencies; * Perform activities according to established operational technical standards, following Pharlab norms and aspects of quality, good manufacturing practices (GMP), workplace safety, environmental preservation, and sustainability, as well as using * PPEs and uniforms, contributing to eliminating situations that could pose accident risks, environmental degradation, and product quality issues; * Maintain hygiene, organization, and cleanliness of their administrative or operational workstation, performing cleaning of machines, equipment, tools, desks, and/or work materials used, as well as storing them properly in designated locations to comply with standards set by the National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA); * Support the immediate supervisor in matters related to their area of activity, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities to assist in defining procedures and actions to be adopted. **Requirements and qualifications** **Education:** ----------------- Minimum: Completed high school. **Experience:** ---------------- In related activities. Preferred: 1 year in the pharmaceutical industry. **Knowledge:** ------------------ * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Semi-solid and compression production processes; * Leadership; * Basic computer skills. **Additional information** **Work Location****:** -------------------------- Pharlab \- Head Office. **Work Mode****:** ------------------------------- On-site. **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule, with predefined shifts and alternation between night and day shifts according to the schedule. Shift pattern 6x2\. **Example of 6x2 shift schedule, which includes:** ----------------------------------------- * Night shift: start at 10 PM and end at 6 AM; * Afternoon/night shift: start at 2 PM and end at 11:30 PM; * Morning/afternoon shift: start at 6 AM, 10 AM, or 12 PM, with departure scheduled by 2:35 PM; * Alternating days off: work 6 days and rest 2\.
