**Job Description** We are looking for a Unit Manager (Nutritionist UAN) to join our team in Lagoa da Prata, MG. This position is responsible for managing and supervising all unit operations, ensuring the quality and efficiency of food service. Daily tasks include developing and implementing menus, supervising meal production, maintaining inventory and purchasing control, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, as well as managing the workforce. This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence. **Qualifications** * **Unit Management:** Experience in managing food service unit operations, team supervision, and inventory control. * **Nutrition:** Knowledge in menu planning, food production supervision, and implementation of food hygiene and safety standards. * **Communication and Leadership:** Strong communication skills, both clear and effective, along with the ability to lead and motivate a team. * Degree in Nutrition with active registration in the professional council. Previous experience in food and nutrition units (UAN) will be considered an advantage. Job Type: Permanent Pay: R$3,800.00 - R$4,500.00 per month
