Responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Logistics area, ensuring supply chain efficiency, cost control, on-time delivery, and high-level customer service, aligned with the company's objectives. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and supervise receiving, warehousing, distribution, and transportation operations Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize costs and continuously improve processes Manage multidisciplinary teams, promoting development, performance, and engagement Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), targets, and action plans Manage the department’s budget, cost control, and negotiations with suppliers and carriers Ensure compliance with legal, tax, environmental, and safety regulations Collaborate closely with Procurement, Production, Sales, and Finance departments Lead logistics improvement, automation, and innovation projects Prepare managerial reports and present results to senior management Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields Proven experience in logistics management and team leadership Knowledge of inventory management, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain Experience with ERP systems and BI tools Familiarity with transportation legislation and logistics costs Competencies and Skills Leadership and decision-making Strategic and analytical thinking Negotiation skills People and conflict management Results orientation Clear and assertive communication Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$4.000,00 - R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
