**Job Description:** We are seeking a Distribution Center Manager with strong experience in team management and operational logistics excellence. This professional will be responsible for leading teams, organizing processes, and ensuring that the entire operation runs efficiently, safely, and in alignment with company objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead, develop, and monitor operational and administrative teams, fostering a high-performance environment; * Plan, organize, and supervise logistics activities (receiving, warehousing, picking, and shipping); * Ensure achievement of operational targets, deadlines, and service levels; * Monitor and analyze team and operational performance indicators; * Identify opportunities for improvement in logistics processes and implement solutions; * Promote training, feedback, and continuous development of employees; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational best practices; * Work closely with teams to ensure engagement and productivity. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree (Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields); * Experience managing teams in logistics environments; * Knowledge of distribution center processes; * Leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills; * Organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile.
