




**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum of 03 (three) years of experience in activities similar to the scope of the services; * Microsoft Office suite. **EDUCATION** * **Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, Information Technology Administration, or other related fields.** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Participation in the development and review of planning; * Budget control and report analysis; * Coordination across HR interfaces among various departments (attendance system, travel, employee movement, workplace environment surveys); * Organization and planning of training programs; * Monitoring, control, and coordination of logistics services for the project; * Communication activities in Portuguese and/or English; * Support for meetings and document control; * Editing of technical documents and managerial correspondence prepared by employees, as well as execution of all dispatch procedures for such documents; * Planning, implementation, monitoring, maintenance, and updating of the GED (Electronic Document Management System) database; * Creation and administration of GED and FTP areas for migration of generated documentation; * Generation of necessary information for tracking and controlling project data within the GED; * Control of incoming and outgoing documents issued and received; * Classification of information according to current information security standards; * Participation in internal and external Checklist (LV) applications related to documentation quality control; * Control of administrative document workflows (letters, minutes, NDRs, RDOs, etc.); * Generation of reports from the GED and other document control tools; * Support to Supervision in managing the contractual information history, as well as in activities related to receipt, verification, registration, distribution, integrity, traceability, archiving, availability, transfer, storage, and disposal of administrative and contractual documents; * Evaluation, organization, and preservation of information (physical or electronic) generated under the contract; * Development of standards and guidance documents related to contractual documentation; * Liaison with corporate departments responsible for document control and advisory support in implementing corporate guidelines at the project site; * Technical advisory support in searching for and retrieving documentation from archived, closed projects and contracts stored externally to the project; * Technical advisory support for solutions related to control and issuance of digitally signed technical, contractual, and administrative documents. **About CAPCO:** At Capco, we foster an inclusive culture.
