**Job Mission** Carry out the restaurant's cash operations, including customer service, order registration, payment collection, and cash closing, ensuring speed, courtesy, financial accuracy, and compliance with internal procedures and sanitary regulations. **Job Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience as a cashier is desirable; * Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for restaurants; * Basic math knowledge; * Customer service skills. **Main Responsibilities and Activities** * Perform cash opening, operation, and closing according to internal procedures; * Register orders in the POS system, verifying items, amounts, and payment methods; * Process payments in cash, credit/debit cards, PIX, meal vouchers, and food delivery apps; * Issue fiscal receipts, invoices, and payment confirmations; * Verify amounts, identify discrepancies, and immediately report them to management; * Provide courteous, prompt, and efficient service to in-person and telephone customers; * Assist in organizing queues and managing customer flow during peak hours; * Maintain a clean, organized cash area in compliance with hygiene standards; * Follow security protocols, loss prevention measures, and internal policies; * Support administrative tasks related to cash handling and orders; * Comply with health surveillance regulations and good practices for indirect food handling. **Benefits** * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Basic food basket; * Internal training and opportunities for career growth. **Compensation:** * Availability to work in a shopping mall schedule.
